ZwillGen PLLC, a Washington boutique law firm, said Wednesday that it was adding artificial intelligence specialists from Luminos.Law to help corporate clients vet their AI tools in anticipation of growing regulatory demands.
ZwillGen, which already provides AI-related policy and legal guidance, is building a new artificial intelligence division from the acquisition, it said. The deal, for which no value was given, includes Luminos.Law’s technology and “proprietary processes,” as well as its lawyers and data scientists, it said.
